I can't blame it on the terrible twos

Nathan is no longer two. For a reminder how well he fit the terrible two adage go here and here. Now I don't know where to place blame for his bad behavior. Surely it can't be my parenting! Can it?

He has started getting the dirty diapers out of the trash can in the garage. The first time he opened them (yes, even the poopy ones) and spread them around the garage. Today he thought it would add a nice touch to the front yard to have dirty, stinky, disgusting diapers everywhere. AAAAGH!

Max just turned 5, and I'm still blaming the terrible twos. Is there a problem with that??? :) What a handsome boy Nathan is!!

After reading your little reminder links, I am convinced that he and Mya are kindred spirits. She is somewhat over the destructive stuff, but still has her moments, using butter or yogurt as her medium. And how long does it last?!?

And you said you don't have any trials...

Simple, he has now entered the Thrasher Threes, which in my experience are far worse than the Terrible Twos on any given day. This too shall pass! Or so I tell myself.

Oh my, I would not respond well to anything poop related. Good luck with that!
