daily december: 22

Saturday morning at our house usually involves blitzing the house. We work together and move through the house counter clockwise. We pick up, dust, and vacuum and then I usually do a quick scrub of the bathrooms. At the most, it all takes an hour and that is if the house is really a disaster.

We then all finished putting the neighbor goody plates together.
Dave took the older kids to deliver the plates and then they went sledding. He was sure they would only last for fifteen minutes but it was a bit longer than that. My grand plan was to get lots of work done while they were gone and Sawyer napped. Instead, Sawyer took a really short nap and Dave came home before I got much of anything done. So it goes.

We were able to take the kids swimming in the afternoon. The water was wonderfully warm and I think all had a good time, including me, which is saying a lot! We hurried home to watch our Cougars play and in true BYU fashion just squeak by with the win. Go Cougars!
