I've got a bajillion reasons for homeschooling. Not having to turn over control of my child to idiots like these in Texas is just one of them.

If I've learned one thing about living in Texas it is that the RULES are in control, not people, not thought, sanity, reason, and intelligence. THE RULES! Cracks me up every time!
The part that got me was that it would have been okay if her parents had given her the candy. I wonder if that school has lunchbox checks for evil lurking Snickers. And what about Cheetos? Or white bread?!!
That is hilarious and horrifying all at the same time!
