This summer, I fully intend to install faux board and batten in my living room. I've been scouring the internet for pictures and tutorials. I think it will add high impact for a relatively low budget. If I could also replace my children-destroyed couches, I'd be really happy. What do you think?

Can't wait to hear how it goes! I really wanted to do this in Natalie's room, but from what I read & heard from friends it's hard - especially cutting holes for outlets, etc.

I love that stuff. I've wanted to do it in my house for a while now, but decided not to until we get a new house.
Looks expensive but you say relatively low budget. Hmmm. I do like the impact, however.
It's beautiful! If it is relatively inexpensive, I may, one day, follow suit! Love it! (I wouldn't get new couches, yet, though. You still have really little kiddos...Maybe wait a while.) :)
