Sawyer turned three this week! Man, how I love this kid.He is usually the first child up and almost always asks for cereal for breakfast.
He is a very good, not so picky eater.
He loves sports and judging by his coordination now will probably be quite good at them someday.
He used to enjoy watching TV but rarely watches anymore. When he does sit on the couch to watch with the other kids, he usually falls asleep.
He loves to draw on white boards.
He is so full of expression in his face and words. Just makes me smile all the time.
He loves doing "school" right along with his siblings. He likes to write letters and numbers, count math manipulatives, paint, and make crafts. I hope his appetite for learning keeps growing.
A few favorite expressions:
clock-late (chocolate)
grinks (drinks)
hot gogs (hot dogs)
scrippers (scriptures)
lasterday (yesterday)
When he is describing how something happened he always uses the action word twice. For example, "I went to sleep like this. Sleep. Sleep. I fell like this. Fall. Fall. I cried like this. Cry. Cry."
When in the van he often puts his legs up against the passenger seat so the other kids can't get through without saying a password. Sawyer's password: eyeball!
He is adorable, aggravating, and wonderful. I'm so lucky to have my little Sawyer-man!
